For years in the energy efficiency industry, I encountered the same frustration over and over: brilliant professionals stuck in a cycle of searching for scattered information, deciphering ambiguous guides, and repeating mistakes that others had already solved. The knowledge was out there, but it was fragmented, hidden, or inaccessible.
An expert’s time is their most valuable asset, and I saw it being wasted on low-impact tasks instead of what truly matters: designing better, more efficient buildings.

The Origin of EnergyLess: My Personal Notebook
Unable to find a system that worked, I started building my own. I created a method to organize thermodynamic principles, software shortcuts, standard interpretations, and case study results. It became my “trustful notebook”, the place I went for fast, reliable answers.
I soon realized that the solution I had built for myself could solve the frustration of many others. That personal notebook was the seed of EnergyLess.
